COMPUTER KILLER: Dust is the slow computer killer. For our new client the first thing we did is clean this Server (Windows Small Business Server.)  We removed the dust accumulated in the grills, inside the heat sink (the metal part between the processor and the fan on any computer) and the fans as seen above. I cannot stress the importance of keeping your systems as clear of dust and debris.

We exceed King of the Painters expectations with our Computer Support. Since November of 2010 we have been the computer support department (IT firm) assisting King of the Painters' corporate and field staff.  It shows our commitment to our clients, still their preferred choice after a year and a half later.  Our support extends from desktop applications to remote access to their office computers and syncing smart phones with email, contacts and calendars, but most importantly our attitude to be of service.

After completing the relocation of the equipment rack with little to no downtime, which included the Internet firewall, router, Allworx phone system, computer network PoE switch, POS network switch, wireless access point, video surveillance and audio equipment. And surrender this small equipment room to expand the kitchen area to accomidate the demand of guests eating at this fine Restaurant were you can find Chef Brian Redzikowski. SBS SERVER SUPPORT: Working late on a Friday night to recover from failed Server hardware. The Small Business Server had a failed RAID Controller, rendering the server inoperable. It is up to us (from left to right, Shayne Gilder and Antonio de la Cerda) to bring the server back to a good working condition. We were able to restore the server to good working order and at this point in time we just needed to confirm with a Microsoft Support Engineer on mounting the Exchange databases.  You can see both of us in good spirits and Shayne on the phone with the Microsoft Support.  After which we both had dinner at a local downtown restaurant to celebrate our success.
